摘要
地理标志是知识产权的重要组成部分,具有巨大的商业价值,以绿色产业为核心的寒地黑土经济有着广阔的市场前景,因此,加强寒地黑土地理标志的保护是十分必要的。加强寒地黑土地理标志保护,要坚持两条腿走路,实行混合立法保护模式,构建多层次法律保护体系,强化政府责任,加强市场监管,加大宣传力度,培养高素质知识产权人才,明确行业协会的法律地位和职责,建立企业诚信制度,维护寒地黑土地理标志声誉。
Geographical Indication is an important part of intellectual property and of great commercial value. The cold region and black glebe centering on green produce, is promising in market prospect. So it is necessary to srengthen protection in geographical indication of cold region and black glebe. In order to improve protecting geographical indication of cold region and black glebe ,we must insist on implementing the policy in both ways, carry on the protection mood of mixed legislation, set up multi - level law protection system, enhance government＇s responsbility, strengthen the propaganda and market supervision, improve training high quality knowledge property right talent people, make it clear about industrial association＇s law position and responsbility, build up enterprise＇s trust mechanism, nrotect the reputation of cold region and black glebe geographical indication.
