介绍了税务业务咨询问答系统的实现过程。系统包括递进的3个子系统:基于常用问题库的子系统、基于税务知识库的子系统、基于因特网的子系统。
We have introduced the implementation of question answer system of taxation. It includes 3 subsystems by degrees：subsystem based on FAQ library, subsystem based on taxation repository, subsystem based on Internet.
