摘要
目的 探讨老年人疝环充填式无张力疝修补术近期复发原因。方法 对8例复发疝再次手术，分析其复发原因。结果 8例患者均再次行腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术，术后3～5d出院，术后随访6个月～5年无复发。结论 术者对无张力疝修补手术原则的理解、操作和手术技巧不足是引起疝环充填式无张力疝修补术后近期复发主要原因。
Objective To probe into the factors affecting hernia recurrence in the elderly after mesh plug hernia repair. Method To generalize the recurrent factors by re-operation on the 8 cases. Results The 8 patients accepting the tension-free hernia repair again could be discharged from hospital in the 3 days after operation and had not relapsed after following from 6 months to 5 years. Conclusions Senior inguinal hernia recurrence after mesh plug hernia repair mainly caused from the operators＇ inadequate understanding of the operational principle and technique.
