摘要
目的 探讨赫美材料在腹外疝修补中的临床应用价值。方法 应用赫美材料行腹外疝的无张力修补术157例，主要采用局部神经阻滞麻醉（占86．6％）。结果 局麻效果确切，副作用少，术后恢复快。有3例尿潴留，2例阴囊血肿，无切口感染，随访3—20个月，平均随访14个月，无复发病例。结论赫美材料无张力修补是治疗成人腹外疝安全、有效的方法。
Objective To abserve the application of Hemiamesh for extraabdomal hernia tension-free repair. Method We opperated tension-free hernia repair with Heniamesh, using local nerve block anaesthesia in most cases. Result After operation 3 cases had retention of urine, 2 cases scrotum hematoma, no wound infection, no recurrence in following 15 months. Conclusion Hemiamesh tension-free repair is a safe and effective method to treat extraabdomal hernia in adult patients.
