摘要
农民工已成为我国产业大军的主体,但要其真正成为一支新型的劳动大军,他们迫切需要有组织的各种专业培训。文章分析了农民工培训中存在的各种问题,提出了政府主导与市场运作相结合的培训机制,实现农民工培训的统筹规划供需平衡。
The peasant workers have already become the main body of the industrial main force in China, if the wide peasant workers want to become one new type of labor main force, they need an urgent demand for the organized various professional training courses. The text makes the analyses on the various problems existing in the training courses for the wide peasant workers, it puts forward the training mechanism combining the governmental guidance and market operation so as to realize the overall planning and the co -ordination supply and demand of the training courses for the wide peasant workers.
