摘要
【研究目的】为了了解农民工培训工作中存在的问题,挖掘农民工现实或潜在培训需求。【方法】通过向农民工发放问卷调查并通过统计分析对农民工的学习意愿、学习效果、所能接受的学习条件进行分析。【结果】大多数的进城农民工接受过一定的学习或培训,其内容包括法律知识、文明习惯、专业技能、职业道德、企业规章制度等,培训效果因培训主体而有所不同,其中以不以盈利为目的政府、企业为培训主体的效果较好。农民工对参加培训的愿望不尽相同,但如果能给他们提供较好的学习机会、较低的学习费用、较充分的学习时间他们中的大多人是愿意接受培训的。【结论】为解决农民进城就业问题,要从培训的主体、内容、费用、生活、收入、劳动时间等各方面关怀他们并提供更好的学习环境。
[Objectives]The survey of immigrant workers' attitudes toward training is aimed to the existent problems about training and explores their potential needs[Methods]The ways of questionnaire and statistic analysis are used to research for the farmers' will to learn, learning effect and accepted learning conditions. [Results] Most of migrant workers have received training to an extent, including law, customs, specialized skills, ethics and company's regulations etc. Training effect depends on different training agency. The training held by non-profit government origination or company yields good results. Although their eagerness to be trained varies in farmers, a large majority is quite willing to take part in training if given better learning opportunities and adequate time and paying low tuition [Conclusion] For the purpose of solving the problem of migrant workers' employment, such things should be taken into consideration as training agency, tuition and content, farmer's life, income and time etc to provide them a better condition for learning.
