摘要
目的探讨集体干预治疗对学龄期儿童弱视综合治疗效果的影响,为提高弱视儿童视力提供依据。方法随机将122例弱视患者(164眼)分为2组,弱视综合治疗组69例89眼,集体干预治疗组53例75眼,观察起效时间、顺应性及疗效。结果1月内起效例数2组差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.888,P<0.05),3个月内起效例数2组差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.035,P>0.05),集体干预治疗起效时间短于综合治疗组,治疗3个月后,集体干预治疗的顺应性好于综合治疗组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.802,P<0.05)。治疗后6个月随访,集体干预治疗的有效率与综合治疗组差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.816,P>0.05);集体干预治疗的治愈率高于综合治疗组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.435,P<0.05)。结论集体干预治疗可以提高学龄期儿童弱视治疗效果,缩短疗程,提高治愈率。
Objective To explore efficacy of the treatment of collective intervention with combined therapy among children with amblyopia, and to provide evidence for eyesight improvement. Methods Totally 164 eyes of 122 children with amplyopia were randomly divided into two groups: 89 eyes of combined therapy and 75 eyes of collective interveation. The onset time, compliance and efficacy were followed up. Results There were statistical significance d efficacy, cases in one month between the two groups( X^2 = 6.888, P 〈 0.05), but no statistical significance was found in three months( X^2 = 2.035, P 〉0. 05 ). The onset time was shorter in eolhctive intervention group and the compliance was better( X^2 = 5.802, P 〈 0.05 ). Both the efficacy rate and the cure rate were higher in collective intervention group than in combined therapy. Conclusion Collective intervention can improve the treatment efficacy and cure rate of children's amblyopia and shorten the course of treatment.
