电炉炼钢节能降耗是电炉钢企业的一项重要工作。围绕电炉配料制度、废钢预热技术、铁水热装技术、强化用氧技术等多种技术措施降低电炉钢单耗,改革冶炼工艺,实现建设节约型电炉炼钢企业。
Energy conservation and consumption reduction is an important work for steel industries. Shagang group takes many technical measures to reduce the consumption such as burden system, waste steel preheat, heated iron water feeding, and intensified oxidation. The objective is to lower the consumption per unit, reform the smelt technology and construct energy-saving industry.
