摘要 教学质量是衡量高校人才培养质量的一个重要指标。在大学连续扩招的高等教育背景下,我国部分高校的教学质量存在下滑趋势。加强研究型教学有利于提高教学质量,有利于因材施教,培养学生的综合能力和创新能力,也是顺应国际教育改革形势和国内教育进步的时代要求。通过树立研究型教学理念,完善职称评定体系和教学效果评价体系,加强教学与研究的结合,研究型教学可以摆脱传统教学模式的束缚,切实提高高校教学质量。 The quality of teaching in universities is an important indicator of assessing the quality of training. Universities have increased enrollment in these years, but the quality of teaching in some universities is declining. Strengthening research-oriented teaching is conducive to improving the quality of teaching and training students, to teaching students respectively according to their different personalities, to developing their innovative abilities, and to responding to the international situation of education reform and the requirements of domestic educational progress. Through establishing a research-teaching concept, perfecting job classification system and teaching evaluation system, and strengthening the combination of teaching and research, research-oriented teaching can shake off the shackles of the traditional mode of teaching, handle the relationship correctly between research and teaching, and perfect the relevant evaluation system much more.
