摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会,消除社会中不和谐的因素,是全面贯彻科学发展观的内在要求,在我国当前时期具有迫切性和重要性。在此过程中,政府进行管理模式的创新,是我国构建和谐社会的关键。一个有中国特色的“新公共管理”模式,应以建立“服务型政府”作为政府管理改革的目标,要建立“有限型”政府,正确依法行使行政职能,以此推动和谐社会的构建。
Constructing socialistic harmonious society and eliminating inharmonious factors in society is the internal requirement of completely carrying out scientific concept of development, which are urgent and important in our country at present. In this process, the innovation of the administrative mode that government puts forward is the key to construct harmonious society in our country. A new public administrative mode with Chinese characteristics must take establishing ＂service-oriented government＂ as its aim in governmental administrative reform, build limited government and correctly use administrative function under the law for promoting the construction of harmonious society.
