摘要
采用共沉淀法制备红外低发射率的氧化铟锡(ITO)粉体,用液-液分散法制备了胶原-ITO复合物。以胶原-ITO复合物为颜料,环氧树脂为粘合剂,加入各种助剂,制得胶原-ITO复合红外低发射率涂料,并将涂料制成涂层。试验结果表明:胶原-ITO复合红外低发射率涂料的临界颜料体积(CPVC)为47.5%,涂层的红外发射率(1~22μm,8~14μm,3~5μm)为0.648~0.674,涂层耐温性为354.9℃,硬度、耐磨性、附着力等力学性能良好。
Indium and tin oxide(ITO)powders with low infrared(IR)emissivity were prepared using chemical co-precipitation method.The collagen/ITO composites were then prepared via liquid-liquid dispersion route.Further,the collagen/ITO composites were used as the pigments to prepare collagen/ITO composite paints and coatings with low IR emissivity,using epoxy resin as a binder in the presence of various auxiliary agents.The critical pigment volume concentration(CPVC)of the collagen/ITO composite paints were measured,while the IR emissivity of the corresponding collagen/ITO composite coatings was evaluated as well.Moreover,the thermal behavior of the composite coatings was examined using differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis,and their mechanical properties and wear resistance were also evaluated.It was found that the critical pigment volume concentration(CPVC)for the collagen/ITO composite paint was 47.5%,and the IR emissivity(1-22 μm,8-14 μm,3-5 μm)of the corresponding composite coating was 0.648-0.677.Besides,the composite coating had good thermal stability at elevated temperature,with the hardness,wear resistance,and adhesion to substrate being well retained at 354.9℃.
