水性隔热涂料制备及性能研究

摘要 以水性乳胶涂料配方为基础,选择中空玻璃微珠和膨胀蛭石为隔热功能填料,制备出不同隔热功能填料添加量的隔热涂料,并用自制的隔热涂料性能评价装置对其进行了评价。结果表明,膨胀蛭石单独添加量为5%时,隔热温差与普通水性乳胶涂料相比的差值Tmax为3.4℃;中空玻璃微珠单独添加量为10%时,Tmax为5.2℃;两者按10%∶10%的比例复配添加,Tmax可达到7.2℃。 On the basis of water-borne emulsion coating ingredients,hollow glass and expanded vermiculite is chosen as heat insulation filler to prepare different contents of coatings.Though insulated coating detection device,the heat insulation effect of the coatings is tested.The results show that when 5% expanded vermiculite is added alone to the coating,the absolute range can be 3.4℃ compared with normal water-borne emulsion coating;when 10% hollow glass is added alone to the coating,the absolute range can be 5.2℃;when the two materials are added together to the coating in different rates,the biggest range can be 7.2℃.
