摘要
加强和改进民族院校大学生思想政治教育工作,首先要对其工作环境的新变化、教育对象的新变化、教职员工队伍的新变化、教育机制的新变化进行深入研究,努力构建专兼结合、课内外结合、校内外结合的纵向衔接、横向贯通的全员、全程、全方位的育人工作机制。
The improvement of the ideological education for the students of nationalities universities relies on a further study of the new changes in the working environment, the objects of education, the faculty members and the education mechanism. It also depends on the establishment of a new working mechanism of education that integrates all the relevant factors of education with all the staff members.
