摘要
辽宁职业学院在内地民族班教育教学工作中,总结出建立职业化"双师"教育队伍等5项全面培养民族班学生的长远规划策略;强调传授专业知识要体现党的政策和地区发展需要、采用多角度专业课程教学方法;提出注重文化融合和文化认同的"四项教育"策略;利用5个载体加强文化交融和思想教育。在民族文化交融的思想政治教育中,有效地提高了民族班学生爱党、爱国和民族团结的思想政治觉悟。
Liaoning Vovational College summarizes the establishment of long-term planning strategy for using professional＂dual＂educational team and other five teams to train the national education class＇ students,and emphasizes that① to pass on professional knowledge that should reflect the Party＇s policy and regional development requirements; ② to adopt multi-angle professional teaching methods; ③ to put forward highlighting ＂four-education＂strategy of cultureal blends and identification;④to use five carrier to strengthen the culture blends and ideological education.In national culture blends and ideological and political education,it can effectively increase the national education,it can effectively increase the national education class students to love our Party,love our motherland and promote the national unity.
