摘要
目的建立复方铝酸铋颗粒中甘草酸含量的测定方法,完善和提高制剂的质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法),以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-0.2 mol/L醋酸铵-冰醋酸(67:33:1)为流动相,检测波长为250 nm。结果平均回收率为100.3%, RSD为1.05%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便、快捷、准确,可用于复方铝酸铋颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules by HPLC. Methods The mobile phase was methanol- 0. 2 mol/L ammonium acetate- glacial acetic acid, the wavelength of detector was 250 nm. Results The average recovery rate was 100.3% with RSD was 1.05% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, reliable. It can be used for quality control of Compound Bismuth Aluminate Granules.
