摘要
目的建立测定铋镁碳酸氢钠片中甘草酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(150 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0. 05%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1. 0 mL/min,检测波长为237 nm,柱温为30℃。结果甘草酸质量浓度在20. 06~200. 60μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,R2=0. 999 9(n=5);平均加样回收率为101. 31%,RSD为0. 39%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于铋镁碳酸氢钠片中甘草酸的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Bismut,Magnesium and Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets.Methods The chromatographic column was Krcmasil C18 column(150 mmx4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid solution(gradient elution),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 237 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The glycyrrhizic acid showed good linear relationship in the range of 20.06-200.60μg/mL,R^2=0.999 9(n=5),the average recovery rate was 101.31%,RSDwas 0.39%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used for the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Bismut,Magnesium and Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets.
