摘要
法国是世界近代史上阶级斗争最激烈、政治发展最曲折的国家，其近代高等教育也随之潮起潮落，其中高等工程教育的发展和国家命运密不可分。文章以巴黎理工学校为例，从办学理念、历史沿革及教学成就三方面帮助了解法国近代高等工程教育的发展历程，试图阐释其取得骄人业绩的原因所在，以期为当代高等工程教育的发展提供他山之石。
France has the fiercest class struggle and the most circuitous politics in world modern history, and its modern higher education shifts along with such great variation, among which higher education of engineering sticks close to national destiny. This research takes Ecole Polytechnique as example, from its idea of running a school, history evolution and teaching accomplishment, demonstrates development of French modern higher education of engineering and explores the reason of its preeminent achievement. This case study tries to provide references for development of contemporary higher education of engineering.
