摘要
“哈军工”(1953-1970)在国内的影响与北大、清华齐名,为我国国防科技事业的发展作出了卓越的贡献。哈军工的发展,最突出的一点是其强有力的战略领导。哈军工办学的战略思想,可概括为以下几个方面:“善之本在教,教之本在师”是其战略思想的集中体现;“两老办院”,“团结办院”是其战略指导方针;“一切为了学员”是其战略宗旨;重视科学研究是其发展的战略基础;“尖端集中,常规分散”是其高起点定位的重要战略思路。
＂Ha Jun Gong＂（1953-1970） is the same famous university with Peking University and Tsinghua University in China. The strategy can be generalized as the following aspects： ＂The nature of good implies in teaching and the nature of teaching implies in teacher＂ is the core idea. ＂Lianglao running schools＂, ＂united running schools＂ is the guiding principle. ＂All is for the students＂ is the strategy object. Emphasizing the scientific research is the strategy basis of development. ＂The strategy of concentrated frontiers of science and the divided common science＂ is the important strategy idea of highly starting point location.
