摘要
应用环境库兹涅茨曲线的基本模型对北京市和房山区1995-2003年的环境污染与经济增长进行了实证分析。研究表明,北京市和房山区大多数环境质量和污染排放强度的指标已越过转折点,进入环境质量逐步改善的阶段,北京市和房山区越过转折点的经济水平明显低于发达国家。
Applying the basic model of the Environmental Kuznets Curve, this study analyzed the relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth from 1995 to 2003 in Beijing and Fangshan District. The result shows that most of the indicators of environmental quality and pollutants emission intensity have passed the inflexion point, which indicated that the study area enters into the period of improving environmental quality with the economy development. For Beijing and Fangshan District, the inflexion points occur in a lower economic level than the developed counties.
