摘要
本文利用结扎沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉模型,观察了急性脑缺血/再灌注期间脑内环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量的变化。结果表明,缺血40分钟时脑内cAMP含量已明显降低;再灌注1小时后其含量进一步下降。实验结果揭示脑缺血/再灌注损伤与环核苷酸代谢紊乱密切相关。
We observed cAMP content in acute ischemia/reperfusion brain induced by bilateral ligation common carotid arteries of gerbils.cAMP content significantly was decreased after 40min ischemia and further decreased after lh reperfusion. The results suggested that cAMP metabolism disorder is related to cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.
