摘要
研制了一种漂珠复合低密度水泥浆,分析了该体系的作用机理,确定了漂珠复合低密度水泥浆体系添加剂的最佳配方:早强剂CK21加量2%,分散剂SZA-2加量0.8%~1.0%,降滤失剂TD-80加量1.2%,微硅加量8%,按施工要求调节缓凝剂加量控制稠化时间。室内研究结果表明,该漂珠复合低密度水泥浆体系具有密度低、抗压强度高、水泥浆沉降稳定性好的特点,克服了目前常用低密度水泥浆体系的缺陷,是提高低压易漏失井固井质量的有效材料。
A floating sphere composite low density cement slurry system was developed in lab. Its action mechanism was discussed. The optimum composition of the additives in the system was determined as follows : hardening accelerator CK21 2%, dispersant SZA- 2 0.8% - 1.0% ,filtration reducer TD- 80 1.2% ,micro silicon 8% ,the dosage of retarder adjusted as the need of work thickening time. The results of lab study showed that the system had the characters of low density, high compressive strength and good setting stability. It was an effective material to improve the cementing quality in low- pressure wells which was prone to leak off.
