摘要 混合装配线因其低成本和灵活性的特点,而被企业界越来越多的采用.如何在混合装配模式下,保证产品的零缺陷,是混合装配线需要首先解决的问题.而采用计算机集中控制的网络技术,结合光幕传感器的Poka-yoke系统的应用,便成为了一种保证产品装配质量的可行的方法.在详细研究了这种方法特点的基础上,建立了此方法的应用模型,并在某变速器生产企业得到了很好的应用. Mixed-Model Assembly Lines (MMAL) are gaining more popularities in many companies for its low cost and flexibility. The first problem MMAL faced is how to realize zero-fault of products under the mixed model production. A feasible method called Poka-yoke system is proposed for assuring the assembly quality that integrates picking sensors and indication units with the computer central control system. An original application model of this method is developed based on the researching on its characteristics. At the same time, an effective Poka-yoke system for MMAL of transmission production is built.
