摘要
针对电力体制改革过程中电网企业资金困难,重点分析了电网企业融资障碍,提出了适合电网企业的融资方式,最后对电网企业融资实现及创新提出了建议。
Regarding to the financial difficulties that power grid companies face during the power system reform, the financing barriers of power grid companies are analyzed, appropriate financing arrangements are proposed, and suggestions for power grid companies to fulfill and innovate financing arrangements are presented.
