摘要
采取有限元应力计算方法,分析了过渡区圆弧半径对锻制平封头强度的影响。选取25只不同直径和压力等级的压力容器作为算例,建立轴对称有限元模型,计算得到应力强度分布,并根据分析设计标准进行了过渡区结构的强度评定。分析了根据中国GB 150标准、美国ASME标准和日本JIS标准选取的过渡区半径设计的封头强度,结果发现采用GB 150设计的平封头,安全裕量较大,采用ASME和JIS标准设计的封头,也能满足分析设计的要求,而安全裕量较小。
The effect of transitional radius on the strength of forged fiat head are studied by finite dement method(FEM), 25 example pressure vessels with different diameter and design pressure are selected as the computation example. The symmetric FEM models are created, and the stress intensity distribution was obtained. The strength of the forged fiat head was evaluated according to the analysis design criteria. The head strength was analyzed based on different transitional radius values of GB 150.ASME and JIS standards. The results show that it is conservative when the transitional radius value is decided by GB 150, it can also meet the demand of analysis design standards when the transitional radius value is decided by ASME or JIS, but there is the less spare safety.
