摘要
本文利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立容器整体的立体模型,分析了使用整体锻制平封头的压力容器全场的应力分布,根据压力容器对不同类型应力的不同限制及第四强度理论,找到了各种尺寸下容器内径、圆筒壁厚与封头厚度的合理比例,以及各处最大等效应力与内压的关系,设计人员可根据本文提供的数据和容器材料的许用应力,直接查得圆筒及封头厚度与内径的比例,从而确定设计尺寸。
In this paper, the solid modeling of whole vessel are set up by the means of ANSYS finite element program to analyze the stress distribution of the flat heads pressure vessel forged wholly. The reasonable proportion of inner diameter, wall thickness of cylinder and the thickness of flat heads and the relation of the maximal Mise stress and inner pressure are found according to the different restricts of the pressure vessel on different stress and the fourth strength theory. Based on the data and the permitting stress, designers can consult the reasonable proportion between the thickness of cylinder and flat heads and the inner diameter, so as to decide the design size.
