摘要
加强导师队伍建设是学校发展硕士研究生教育的关键。导师对研究生的影响是全方位的,要培养高素质的研究生,导师必须要有良好的道德素质、精湛的业务素质和严谨的治学态度。这就必然要求高校加强导师队伍建设,把导师队伍建设纳入到整个师资队伍建设中来,并把它作为重点工作来抓。
Strengthening the guidance of the professors in a key to develop graduates education. Professors have impact on their students, and so if we want to cultivate good graduates, we must ann the professors with high morality and strict teaching practice. The author thinks that professors＇ improvement should be considered as a major job for the schools to do.
