摘要
研究结果表明,新型农用抗生素TS99为淡黄色粉末状物质,熔点160℃,中性,易溶于水、二甲基亚砜、含水乙醇、含水甲醇及含水丙酮,微溶于正丁醇、甲醇和吡啶,不溶于氯仿、四氯化碳、乙酸乙酯、乙酸戊酯、苯、乙醚、石油醚和正己烷等有机溶剂.其纸电泳结果和紫外吸收特性符合四烯类抗生素的图谱特征,后者在波长λmax292,λm ax305和λm ax320 nm处表现为典型的3个吸收峰.稳定性试验结果表明,TS99有效成分在酸性环境中活性降低,但在微碱性环境中稳定且活性提高,对温度、紫外线辐射及光照也具有较好的稳定性.
Physical and chemical properties and stability of newtype agriantibiotoc TS99 were was determined by using CoUetotrichum capsici as the test organism. Results showed that the agriantibiotic TS99 is light yellow and powdery, chemically neutral, and liable to dissolve into water, dimethylsulfoxide, water-mixed ethanol, water-mixed methanol and water-mixed acetone, slight to dissolve into N- butanol, ethanol and pyridine, and difficult to dissolve into carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, ethyl acetate, N-amyl acetate, benzene, diephyl ether, petroleum ether and N-hexane, ect. Paper electrophoretic pattern and UV absorption spectrum are in accord ance with the characters of tetar-alkene antibiotic. There are three peaks at λmax 292,λmax 305 和λmax 320 nm respectively;TS99 has a little sensitivity to UV but is stable to alkali, thermal and light.
