摘要
给出了H型钢矫直时关键的工艺参数可调辊压下挠度的传统解、工程解和精确理论解。建立了H型钢压下的实体模型和有限元模型,在综合考虑各种非线性的情况下数值仿真了矫直压下过程,并把解析解和数值解进行对比,二者符合良好。
Traditional and engineering and which is the key technical parameter on H-beam s accuracy answers of the adjustable roller bending deflection traightening are put forward. Entity model and FEM model are established. The straightening process of H-beam is simulated considering nonlinearity. It is showed that the accuracy answer and the FEM answer are accordant.
