摘要
能源的大量使用导致环境质量的严重恶化。对经济增长过程中能源使用与环境质量关系模型进行了详细的研究,并提出了提高能源资源生产率的相应举措,以便有利于目前的“资源节约型、环境友好型”社会的建设。
The massive use of energy haves caused the environment quality seriously worsening. This article pays detailed attention to the model of the relation between energy use and the environment quality in the process of economy growth, as well as proposes the corresponding action to enhance the energy resources productivity. Finally the author have a hope that the research on this paper will be advantageous to the construction of society with resource conservation and being friendly to the environment.
