摘要 目的通过对烧伤病房暴发多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌院内感染处理方法的分析,为以后类似院内感染发生后的处置提供参考。方法对6例发生多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染病人综合应用隔离、增强病人抵抗力以及局部联用抗生素等措施来控制多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌院内感染。结果4例创面细菌培养多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌转阴,2例创面分泌物明显减少,经换药及植皮后创面愈合。结论综合应用隔离、增强病人抵抗力以及局部联用抗生素等措施可以控制烧伤病房多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染。 Objective By analyzing the treatment measures of multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii nosocomial infections in burn ward, the authors provided the reference for disposal of the analog of the nosocomial infections. Methods Six cases suffering multidrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii nosocomial infections were treated with isolation and promoted patients resistance, combined with antimicrobial therapy. Results Bacterial culture became negative in four cases, wound secretions diminished in the other two cases, all cured by change dressings and skingrafting. Conclusion The treatment of isolation and promoted patients resistance, combined with antimicrobial therapy, may control multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infections in burn ward.
