摘要
大学生课外科技活动作为创新教育的重要环节,是高校人才培养的重要一环,它对于培养大学生的创新意识、提高创新素质、培养创业精神、增强实践能力都起到了重要作用。实施大学生课外科技活动,就要构建大学生课外科技活动的实施体系,建立课外科技活动的目标体系、载体体系、保障体系等。
After-school scientific ＆ technological activities are an important content for nurturing creative talents among college students. Those activities play a key role in cultivating students＇ awareness of creativity, improving their quality of creativity, fostering their spirits of exploring career and increasing ability to do practical work. To implement after-school scientific ＆ technological activities among college students, we should construct comprehensive implementing systems which include a target system, a carrier system and a guarantee system.
