摘要
采用粉体化学镀技术,以AgNO3取代常见的贵金属盐PdCl2作为活化剂、H2PO2-取代Sn2+作为还原剂,经一步前处理过程,在空心微珠表面沉积NiCoP合金。利用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪以及X射线衍射分别讨论了沉积层的形貌、成分和相结构。结果表明:NiCoP合金均匀沉积在空心微珠表面;结合X射线光电子能谱仪观察到的银元素化学态的变化过程,提出了这种改进工艺的一种可能机理。
Eieetroless deposition of NiCoP alloys on cenospheres by the catalysis of silver is demonstrated in the present investigation. The technology simplified the pretreatment process by using AgNO3 to replace the conventional PdCi2 activator and H2PO2^- in the coating bath as the reducing agent to replace Sn^2+. The cenospheres after the coating process were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX) and powder X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that NiCoP alloys were uniformly deposited on the surface of the cenospheres under the experimental conditions. The possible mechanism of electroless NiCoP alloys coating of cenospheres by using silver as catalyst is suggested.
