摘要
通过对SiCp/6061复合材料在半固态条件下的焊接特性研究,提出了颗粒增强铝基复合材料半固态焊接新方法。根据对不同焊接温度下合金基体受冲击力作用时的变形能力以及冷却后基体中颗粒、缩松分布情况的分析,优化了半固态焊接参数。结果表明:620℃时,在20N冲击力作用下,试样有较好的触变成形能力,颗粒团聚程度较低,缩松较少。
A new welding method of particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites based on semi-solid bonding technique has been suggested according to the research on the welding characteristics of SiC particle reinforced 6061 alloy matrix composites. The plastic deformation of the matrix alloy under an impact load at different bonding temperature, as well as the distribution of particles and micro-pores in the matrix alloy after cooling was observed, and the optimum semi-solid bonding parameters were suggested. The result shows that the samples with satisfactory" thixotropic-deformation capacity, the low aggregation degree ofparticles and a few of micro-pores can be obtained under a suitable impact load( 20N, at 620℃ ).
