摘要
团聚现象是钼粉制备过程中出现的一种粉末状态,超细钼粉颗粒很容易团聚,形成二次粒子,影响了钼粉的整体性能,给钼粉的后续深加工带来了极大困难。本文主要讨论钼粉团聚产生的现象与团聚原理,研究一种可量化钼粉颗粒团聚程度的方法。
Agglomeration is a kind of powder state during molybdenum powder preparation.It results in the formation of secondary particles because ultrafine molybdenum powder particles are easily reunited,and affects the overall performance of molybdenum powder.The agglomeration brings great difficulties to the subsequent processing in molybdenum powder.The phenomenon and reunite principle of the agglomeration of molybdenum powder were mainly discussed,and the method was studied which can quantify the degree of agglomeration for molybdenum powder particles.
