摘要 目的:探讨缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的早期诊断价值。方法:研究61例急性胸痛<6h的患者,分别测定IMA、肌钙蛋白(cTnI)并记录心电图(ECG)。ACS的诊断是由不知道IMA检测结果的心内科专家根据病史、体格检查以及就诊当时及随后的心电图、心肌酶cTnI等结果作出。结果:IMA、ECG及cTnI对心肌缺血灵敏度分别为80%、43%及26%。IMA与cTnI结合灵敏度达89%,三者结合灵敏度达92%。结论:IMA联合常规检测方法,可提高对急性冠脉综合征早期诊断能力。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of ischemia modified albumin (IMA) in the early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. Methods: Sixty-one patients with acute chest pain within 6 hours were included in the study. The values of IMA and cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnI) was tested and electrocardiogram (ECG) was recorded in patients. Diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome was confirmed by expert cardiologists blinded to IMA values using medical history, physical examination and all clinical data such as ECG,myocardiac enzymes and cTnI collected at presentation and during routine follow-up. Results: Sensitivity of IMA, ECG, and cTnI for ischemia was 80%, 43% and 26%, respectively. Combining results of IMA and cTnI produced a sensitivity of 89%. Combining results of three of them had a sensitivity of 92%. CONClUSiON: These preliminary results suggested that IMA could improve early diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome comparing to traditional methods.
