Ischemia-modified albumin: a novel marker for cardiac ischemia

摘要 最近研究认为,缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)是评价心肌缺血较好的生物标志物,临床可用于急性心肌缺血的早期诊断,排除诊断急性冠脉综合征及其危险分层,我国目前关于IMA的研究报道尚不多见。现对IMA发现、形成机制及其临床应用研究进展作一综述。
