摘要
目的研究硒(selenium,Se)对原代培养猪甲状腺细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。方法以正常猪甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞为实验对象,将实验对象分为对照组、损伤组、硒保护组,通过测定细胞脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,观察硒对H2O2所致原代培养猪甲状腺细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。结果硒保护组MDA含量明显低于损伤组;硒保护组GSH-Px活力明显高于损伤组。结论硒对猪甲状腺细胞的氧化损伤有保护作用。

In the test, we observed the protection of selenium against oxidative damage induced by H2O2. Results The content of MDA was lower in Se protection group than that were higher in Se protection group than those in damage in damage group. Enzyme activity of GSH - Px group. Conclusions Selenium could protect pig follicular epithelial cell against oxidative damage.
