摘要
运用产权经济学理论分析了职业竞技体育产权的内容和基本特性,并指出:职业竞技体育产权就是人们关于职业竞技体育服务产品、知识产权、人力资本以及体育设施使用、转让、获取收益和保护所形成的一系列社会规范。
The author analyzes the content and basic characteristics of professional competitive sports property rights by application the theory of property rights economics, and points out the content and characteristics of professional competitive sport property rights which is a series of social laws with regard to the use, transfer, benefit and protection of service, intellectual property rights, human capital and sport establishments.
