摘要
论文以江苏省为例,用差距系数分析了地区中小学教育信息化状况。结果标明:教育信息化已经取得阶段性成果,地区差距总体上在缩小。影响教育信息化的因素主要是政府部门的政策,与经济发展水平、教育投入、信息化水平关系不大,在此基础上,提出了相关政策建议。
Taking Jiangsu Province as an example, this paper uses gap index to analyze the state of regional education informatization of primary and middle schools. The analyzing result shows that education informatization has acquired phase fruits and the regional gap has been reducing. The government policy impacts the education informatization mainly. Economy level, education investment, and informatization level have little influence on it. So the author brings forward some suggestions to the related policy.
