摘要 目的观察高脂血症大鼠下丘脑超微结构变化,为进一步探讨血脂代谢异常与中枢神经的内分泌关系提供形态学依据。方法实验组高脂饲料饲养6周测血脂,透射电镜观察下丘脑超微结构。结果实验组血清总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高明显(P<0.01),下丘脑粗面内质网囊状扩张、脱颗粒,高尔基复合体肿胀,极性消失。髓鞘板层松散,突触结构模糊,毛细血管内皮中细胞器改变等。尤以神经元内出现大量脂滴最为显著。结论高脂血症可诱导下丘脑超微结构改变。 Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of hypothalamus in hyperlipidemic rats. Methods Rats were fed on high lipid diet for 6 weeks to erect animal model. The rats were killed for assaying serum lipids and observing the hypothalamus ultrastructures with transmission electron microscope. Results In experimental group, Serum TC and LDLC were significantly higher; The ultrastructure of hypothalamus presented pathologic changes, including rough endoplasmic reticula expanded, Golgi complexes swelled and their polarity disappeared, myelin sheaths broke up, the constitutions of synapses were unclear and so on. It was the most significant that lots of lipid droplets appeared in neurons. Conclusion The pathologic changes in hypothalamus can be induced by high lipid diet, which will provide morphological evidences for further investigation of the association between metabolic abnormality of lipids and central neuroendocrine system pathogenesis.
