迷走神经传入纤维在针剌“肾俞”利尿效应中的作用

EFFECTS OF VAGUS NERVE ON DIURETIC RESPONSE AFTER ACUPUNCTING "SHENYU" POINT IN RABBITS

摘要 实验用12只麻醉家兔,分为2组:A组为双侧颈迷走神经切断组(n=6);B组为颈迷走神经传入纤维放电观察组(n=6)。电针AB两组兔"肾俞"穴,观察到A组兔尿量逐渐减少,起针后90~120 min达最低点(P<0.05);B组针刺后迷走传入纤维放电逐渐增加(P<0.05)。以上结果证实去双侧颈迷走神经兔,针刺"肾俞"穴的利尿效应消失。提示:针刺"肾俞"穴后,迷走神经部分传入纤维放电增加可能起两方面作用:①与血浆精氨酸加压素浓度降低有关;②正常情况下可抑制肾交感神经传出纤维活动。 Twelve anesthetized rabbits were divided into two groups. In group A were animals with denervation of vagus nerves on both sides(n=6). After accupuncting 'Shenyu' Point,not only diuretic response was not observed,but the urine flow rate was lower than that before accupuncture,the lowest value appearing at 90-120 minutes after with drawing the needles. In group B were animals with intact vagus nerve ,whose discharge of afferent vagus nerve was examinde (n=6). After aeeupunc ture,the discharge increased gradually ( P d0. 05). From above results, it might be postulated that vagal afferent impulsesmight play two important roles : (1) resulting in significant decrease of plasma AVP level. (2) Inhibition of efferent renal sympathetic nerve activity after excitation of the vagus nerve.
