摘要
目的观察壮医药线点灸对实验性脾虚大鼠垂体、下丘脑、胃、肠生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)和β-内啡肽(β-endorphin,β-EP)的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法用耗气破气加饥饱失常法建立大鼠实验性脾虚模型,通过放射免疫分析法检测壮医药线点灸治疗大鼠前后脑垂体、下丘脑、外周血、胃、肠组织中SS和β-EP的含量,并设立空线点灸对照组、中药四君子汤治疗对照组、模型自然恢复对照组及正常健康对照组,对比分析各组治疗前后的变化。结果脾虚大鼠脑垂体、血、胃、肠组织中的SS含量明显高于同期正常健康对照(P<0.01),而下丘脑的SS含量则明显低于同期正常健康对照(P<0.01);胃、肠组织中的β-EP含量明显高于同期正常健康对照(P<0.01),而垂体、下丘脑和血浆中的β-EP含量明显低于同期正常健康对照(P<0.01)。壮医药线点灸治疗后,脑垂体、血、胃、肠组织中的SS含量下降,下丘脑的SS含量上升;胃、肠β-EP含量下降,垂体、下丘脑和血浆β-EP含量上升,且治疗后与模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);与中药治疗组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论壮医药线点灸对实验性脾虚大鼠脑垂体、下丘脑、胃、肠SS和β-EP有双向调整作用。
Objective To explore the mechanisms and effects of medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine on somatoatatin LSS) and β-endorphin (β-EP)in pituitary, hypothalamus, stomach and intestines in the rat of experimental spleen deficiency. Methods Eighty rats of spleen deficiency were established by exhaustion and irregular diet and then divided into four groups randomly: model group, moxihustion group, herb group and nomal group. The contents of SS and β-EP in above-mentioned tissues were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA)and their changes were studied before and after treatment. Results The SS levels in pituitary, blood, stomach and intestines in the rats of spleen deficiency were higher than those in the normal rats(P〈0.01); while the SS levels of hypothalamus in the rats of spleen deficiency were lower than those in the normal-rats(P〈0.01). The β-EP levels of stomach, intestines in the rats of spleen deficiency were higher than those of the normal rats(P〈0.01); while the β-EP levels of pituitary, hypothalamus and plasma in the rats of spleen deficiency were lower than those in the normal rats (P〈 0.01). After treatment by moxibustion, the SS levels in pituitary, blood, stomach and intestines remarkably decreased; the SS levels of hypothalamus increased significantly,the β-EP levels of stomach and intestines decreased; the β-EP levels in pituitary, hypothalamus and plasma increased significantly as compared with model group(P〈0.05), similar to those in the herb group(P〈0.05).Conduston Medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine has a biphase regulation on SS and β-EP in pituitary, hypothalamus, stomach and intestines in rats of experimental spleen deficiency.
