温度诱导紫色光合细菌Rps.palustris外周捕光天线的解聚及动力学 被引量:2

摘要 运用稳态吸收光谱、圆二色谱及共振拉曼光谱手段研究了Rps.palustris的外周捕光天线LH2复合物的热稳定性,发现在升温过程中B800,B850细菌叶绿素分子逐渐向游离色素B780转化;细菌叶绿素分子及类胡萝卜素分子可见光区域的圆二色信号逐渐消失;类胡萝卜素分子的C==C及C—C的伸缩振动频率均向高波数方向移动.上述现象表明:在B800,B850及各种类胡萝卜素分子共存的情况下,升高温度能够诱导LH2环状聚集体结构被破坏.通过对动力学衰减曲线进行表观指数拟合,发现LH2复合物中色素的解离过程发生在缓慢的时间尺度(分钟).
