摘要
根据既有建筑物加固设计的目的,提出了不同情况下基础加固荷载的计算方法。该理论考虑了既有建筑物基础加固后加固体(如桩)与原基础共同工作,使得设计更加符合既有建筑物实际受力情况;同时,通过该计算理论,可以在保证建筑物安全的前提下,节省加固费用,具有良好的效果。
According to the characteristic of the existing building, give the load calculation method of foundation reinforcement in different condition. Considering the interaction between reinforced object and its foundation, the method make the reinforcing design more suitable to the force state of the existing building. At the same time, it reduce the spend of reinforcement engineering with the promise of the building safety.
