摘要
建筑地基基础的不均匀沉降会对上部结构造成安全隐患,对高厚回填土场地的建筑,除了常规的地基基础承载力设计外,更应该关注地基不均匀沉降的问题。某门式刚架钢结构厂房的桩基础在使用过程中发生不均匀沉降,上部钢柱倾斜。该文从场地岩土组成、沉降数据测定及资料对比三个方面对基础沉降原因进行分析,从建造成本和可操作性两方面比较了常用的桩基础加固方法,确定了微型桩加固方案,并介绍了微型桩加固施工过程中的控制要点及作用效果。
The irregular settlement of building foundation will cause potential safety hazard to the superstructure of a building.For buildings at high-thick backfilling area,concerns should be more placed on irregular settlement of foundation besides the design of foundation bearing capacity.The pile foundation of a gabled frame steel-structured workshop has uneven settlement during use,and the upper steel column is inclined.This paper analyzed the causes of foundation settlement from the three aspects:geotechnical site composition,settlement data measurement and data comparison.After the comparison of reinforcement methods for common pile foundation from the two aspects of construction cost and operability,the micro-pile reinforcement scheme is determined,and the main points and effects of the construction process of micro-pile reinforcement are introduced in this paper.
