摘要
选用两种类型的活性染料Cibacron Red LS-BHC(双-氟均三嗪活性基型)和Cibacron Yellow FN-2R(一氟均三嗪+乙烯砜双活性基型)对维纶基牛奶纤维进行染色,探讨了固色pH值、电解质浓度和温度对活性染料在牛奶纤维上染色性能的影响。结果表明,活性染料在牛奶蛋白纤维上具有良好的提升性能、较高的固色率和优良的耐摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度。
Two reactive dyes, Cibacron Red LS-BHC and Cibacron Yellow FN-2R were selected to dye vinylon-milk protein fiber. The influence of fixation pH value, electrolyte concentration and temperature to reactive dyeing behavior of milkprotein fiber was discussed. As a result, the reactive dyeing of milk protein fiber featured better building up property, higher fixation yield, and excellent color fastness to rubbing and soaping.
