摘要
目的:建立食药两用植物荨麻中槲皮苷含量的测定方法。方法:色谱柱:C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸(体积比50:50);流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:室温;检测波长:360nm。结果:槲皮苷进样量在0.40~2.00μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9996),回收率96.88%,RSD1.68%。结论:本法简便,结果可靠,可用于荨麻质量控制。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of quercitrin in Urtica. Methods: The analysis was performed on C18 column (150μm × 416mm; 5 μm), the mobile phase was MeOH-0.2% HsPO4 (50:50) with a flow rate at 1.0ml/min and wavelength at 360 nm under room temperature. Results: There was a good linear relationship when the sample size of quercitrin was at a range of 0.40-2.0μg (r=0.9996), and the recovery was 96.88% with RSD at 1.68%: Conclusion: This method is simple, stable, fast, and reproducible and without the interference of impurity. It can be used for the content determination of quercitrin in Urtica.
