摘要
为提高辣蓼黄酮提取率,试验选择乙醇溶液作为溶剂,对辣蓼进行加热回流提取;通过高效液相色谱法测定提取液中芦丁、槲皮素、槲皮苷含量,探究最佳的正交工艺;加入水溶性二氧化硅作为赋形剂,获得辣蓼黄酮提取物。结果显示,辣蓼黄酮的最佳提取工艺为料液比1∶20、乙醇浓度80%、加热提取3次、每次提取2 h;采用优化后的工艺提取的辣蓼粗提取物中黄酮的含量为65.37 mg/g。研究表明,该方法辣蓼黄酮提取率高且成本相对较低,可为辣蓼黄酮的大规模生产提供依据。
In order to improve the extraction rate of flavonoids from Polygonum hydropiper L.,ethanol solution was selected as the solvent in the experiment,and the flavonoids of Polygonum hydropiper L.were extracted by heating under reflux.The content of rutin,quercetin,and quercetin in the extract was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Water-soluble silicon dioxide was added as an excipient to obtain Polygonum hydropiper L.extract.The results showed that the best extraction process of Polygonum hydropiper L.was 1∶20,ethanol concentration 80%,heating extraction three times,two hours each time.The content of flavonoids in the crude extract of Polygonum hydropiper L.extracted by the optimized process was 65.37 mg/g.The experiment indicates that the method has high extraction rate and relatively low cost of Polygonum hydropiper L.,which can provide a basis for large-scale production of Polygonum hydropiper L.
