以一种低糖西瓜(LowSugarwatermelon,简称LSW)果实为实验材料,研究外源葡萄糖处理对LSW果实采后成熟衰老的影响。结果表明,葡萄糖处理后LSW果实可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、水溶性果胶和MDA含量呈现先升高后下降的趋势,并且最大值出现时间与乙烯峰基本一致,而硬度和原果胶含量则一直下降。葡萄糖处理使LSW果实乙烯峰和ABA峰提前出现,并且ABA峰早于乙烯峰。说明葡萄糖处理诱导LSW果实内源ABA和乙烯增加,促进LSW果实的成熟衰老。
Using a kind of low sugar watermelon (LSW) fruit as material, we studied effects of the exogenous glucose on the postharvest ripening and senescence of LSW fruit. It was shown that the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein,watersoluble pectin and MDA basically declined after an increase until the emergence of the ethylene production peak, The content of protopectin and firmness descended through the experiment, Glucose promoted ethylene production and ABA content peak appearing before that of the control, The ABA content peak emerged before the ethylene production peak. This result suggested that the glucose treatment induced endogenous ABA and ethylene, which accelerated the ripening and senescence of the LSW fruit.
