摘要
为了降低工装准备时间,缩短产品制造周期,在分析某航空企业工装准备业务流程的基础上,提出了基于制造资源集成平台的工装快速准备系统,建立了系统体系结构,划分了系统功能模块。最后对实现工装快速准备的相关关键技术进行了介绍。
In order to reduce tool preparation time and shorten production manufacture cycle, tool preparation operation flow of one civil aviation engine enterprise was analyzed, tool rapid preparation system based on manufacturing resource integration platform was brought forward, system framework was founded, system function modules was partitioned, and related key technologies of realizing tool rapid preparation were introduced.
